The servers that support the Hendrich II Fall Risk Model® will be updated each Saturday at 1 AM Central Time (CT) to maximize functionality, security, and access. During this time, the program will not be available. We have chosen this time to be minimally disruptive to learners. All updates should be complete by 4 AM AM Central Time (CT). If an extended time frame is required, we will notify clients. Please communicate this to your educators and learners.
